We do require a credit card to reserve your appointment and have a 24 hour cancellation policy with a full fee. Of course, we understand that life happens! If you are not feeling well or have an emergency we will waive the fee, but ask that you wait until you are feeling better before rescheduling.

Our Petoskey building is a historical building and falls under specific guidelines through the county due to it’s age, and has stairs. We can do our best to accommodate, but if you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues, it may be best to visit us in Harbor Springs. Our Harbor Springs location offers all the same services and is one level with parking right outside our front door.
