We do require a credit card to reserve your appointment and have a 24 hour cancellation policy with a full fee. Of course, we understand that life happens! If you are not feeling well or have an emergency we will waive the fee, but ask that you wait until you are feeling better before rescheduling. 

We understand that sometimes life happens and you are running behind. However, our team works hard to keep a prompt schedule. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind, you may be asked to reschedule with a full fee or reduce your appointment to accommodate with the full charge of the originally booked appointment. Please call us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate our day to make sure we are able to give you the best experience possible. We will always let you know as well if one of our providers are running behind! Communication is key, so please do not hesitate to reach out. 

For Petoskey guests, the best place to park is in the lot behind the salon off from Michigan street. These are metered spots, so be sure to use your park mobile app to ensure that you don’t get a parking ticket! For Harbor Springs guests, you can park anywhere in our lot out front for free.

Our stylists are fully trained in Aveda color and we also use Redken Shades EQ.

We are a level system and have a very large team of providers who float between our Petoskey and Harbor Springs locations. We pride ourselves on our quality of services, so if at any time you are not satisfied with any service you receive at Vogue, please let us know within 7 days so we can make adjustments. Beyond one week, we are unable to offer refunds or a complimentary adjustment.

Our Petoskey building is a historical building and falls under specific guidelines through the county due to it’s age, and has stairs. We can do our best to accommodate, but if you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues, it may be best to visit us in Harbor Springs. Our Harbor Springs location offers all the same services and is one level with parking right outside our front door.
