Marcia graduated in 2005 from Kirtland Community Beauty College and a few short years later opened Vogue Salon & Spa in 2008. As a stylist, Marcia loves creating cuts and colors that enhance her client’s natural style, as well as challenging herself to try new techniques and services.
Beyond the chair, she is very passionate helping people succeed, which makes her a fierce leader and educator. She personally ensures that every new team members is trained properly before going on the floor to take clients, and prides herself on ensuring that every guest has a great experience.
In her free time, Marcia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, connecting with other business owners, being in nature, boating, reading, cooking, and working as mentor and coach for other salon and spa professionals.

what is salon scale???
starting january 2, 2025 we will be implementing the following price increases: salon scale is our blue tooth smart scale that allows our team to mix up precisely how much color you will need for your color service. by implementing a salon scale charge, we can keep our overall color charge to a minimum and ensure you are only charged for the color your stylist uses instead of just raising our prices across the board. the charge will be added to your check out ticket and ranges depending on the amount of color your hair needs. for someone with fine, short hair this can be a very small cost versus someone who has very long, thick hair. prices range anywhere from $2.00 – $25.00. let your stylist know if you are on a budget and they can ensure you get a color you love within your budget.
